Most post-secondary institutions use the FAFSA in determining both need-based and merit aid. Because colleges may have limited funds, early completion is highly encouraged. Deadlines vary by institution (check college website), but the federal deadline is June 30, 2024. Access the 2023–24 FAFSA form here.
