What's Happening Now

National Merit Semifinalist On Air. News of LCHS’s six National Merit Semifinalists has traveled fast throughout Colorado. That’s an unusually high concentration of standout scholars coming from a school our size. The news launched the media stardom of at least one of Liberty’s academic luminaries – senior Tess Hubbeling. She appeared on the air last Monday on AM600 KCOL’s Morning Show with host Jimmy Lakey. Tess told the Northern Colorado listening audience how she plans to leverage her LCHS education for subsequent college success, and described what’s next in the nationwide competition for National Merit Scholar “Finalist” status. If you missed the broadcast last Monday, you can click on the MP3 file below to listen to it now.

Liberty’s experience with foreign-exchange students has been wonderful and enriching for the entire school. We need more Liberty families to consider hosting exchange students next year.
